Today I Only Imagine What To Cook

With the warmer days behind us…soon I will want to cozy up under a blanket, and wear a soft bulky sweater – I am imagining what I want to cook in days ahead:
Stuffed Acorn squash
Baked spaghetti squash
Butternut squash soup
It is all simmering and roasting – Can you smell it
Mom came over to watch my daughter today – mom being mom could not come empty-handed, so she brought over pork patties – I want to cook the pork patties or pork chop meat with some Acorn Squash – stuffed or on the side. I’m not sure yet, but it will be delicious
I apologize I’m not posting a recipe yet – today I am imagining – I am looking forward to making the recipes and sharing what I make soon.
